      UNE 9.2.1.4 Keyboard shortcuts<\/strong>. If keyboard shortcuts using a letter, punctuation mark, number or symbol are used to activate interaction elements (links, buttons, etc.), then at least one of the following conditions must be met: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        UNE 9.2.4.7 Visible focus<\/strong>. Any keyboard-operable user interface has a form of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is visible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        UNE 9.2.5.1 Pointer gestures<\/strong>. All functions that use multipoint or path-based gestures for operation may be operated with a single pointer without a path-based gesture, unless a multipoint or path-based gesture is essential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        UNE 9.2.5.3 Pointer cancellation<\/strong>. For functionality that can be operated using a single pointer, at least one of the following is true: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • No down event<\/strong>: The pointer down event is not used to execute any part of the function;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Abort or Undo<\/strong> The completion of the function is in the up event, and there is a mechanism available to abort the function before it completes or to undo the function after it completes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Upward reversal<\/strong> The upward event reverses any results of the previous downward event;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Essential: <\/strong>Completing the function in the downstream event is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 9.4.1.1.1 Processing<\/strong>. In content implemented using markup languages, elements have complete start and end tags, elements are nested according to their specifications, elements do not contain duplicate attributes, and any ID is unique, except where specifications permit these features. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 9.6 WCAG Guidelines conformance requirements<\/strong>. The following five conformance requirements of the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines must be satisfied at level AA [5]: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1) level of compliance;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2) complete pages;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          3) complete processes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4) use of technologies exclusively according to methods that are compatible with accessibility;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5) no interference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.7 User preferences<\/strong>. When software that is not designed to be isolated from its platform provides a user interface, that user interface shall follow the values of the user’s preferences with respect to units of measurement, color, contrast, font, body font, and platform focus cursor, unless overridden by the user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.8.1 Content management technology<\/strong>. To the extent that the information required for accessibility is compatible with the format used for the output of the authoring tool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.8.2 Creating accessible content<\/strong>. authoring tools should enable and guide the production of content compliant with chapter 9 (web pages) or 10 (for non-web document) (i.e. WCAG 2.1 level AA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.8.3 Preservation of accessibility information during transformations<\/strong>. If the authoring tool provides restructuring or recoding transformations and if equivalent mechanisms exist in the output content management technology, then accessibility information shall be preserved in the output. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.8.4 Remediation service<\/strong>. If an authoring tool’s accessibility checking functionality can detect whether content does not meet a requirement of Chapter 9 (Web) or Chapter 10 (Non-Web Documents), as appropriate, then the authoring tool shall provide a suggestion(s) for repair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 11.8.5 Templates<\/strong>. If an authoring tool provides templates, at least one template that supports content creation in accordance with the requirements of chapter 9 (Web) or 10 (Non-Web Documents), as appropriate, shall be available and identified as such. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 12.2.2 Effective communication<\/strong>. support services should provide information about accessibility and compatibility features that are included in product documentation (such as built-in accessibility features and accessibility features that provide compatibility with supporting products). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          UNE 12.2.3 Effective communication<\/strong>. ICT support services should be tailored to the communication needs of people with disabilities, either directly or through a referral point. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
